Although they’re already hugely popular all year round, demand for RINGANA products is even higher in the run-up to Christmas when many people are looking for effective fresh skincare and supplements that they can use themselves and give to others with a clear conscience.

To ensure that you’re perfectly looked after during this special period, we’d like to inform you of the following times:

Partner & Customer Service

We’re available to you by telephone from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Our Chat is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CET / 2:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CDMX.

On 24.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 you can reach us by phone and Chat from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.For our partners in Mexico, we will not be available on these two days.

We will not be available on 25.12.2024, 26.12.2024 and 01.01.2025.

ring(shop) at the Campus

This Advent, our team will be available to you as usual from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. During these hours, collections from the ring(shop) are possible at any time.

On Friday, 20.12.2024 the ring(shop) will be open from 09.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. 

On 24.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 the (ring)shop will be open from 09.00 a.m. – 12.00 noon. 

On 25.12.2024, 26.12.2024 and 01.01.2025 the (ring)shop will be closed.

ring(bar) at the Campus

During Advent, the ring(bar) will be open as usual from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

On Friday, 20.12.2024 the ring(bar) will remain closed for normal business, but anybody who picks up their order at the (ring)shop on that day can look forward to a tasty hot RINGANAchi punch.

We’ll be taking a short Christmas break from 24.12.2024 until 01.01.2025. We’ll be back for you as usual on 02.01.2025.

For a relaxed Christmas: order your RINGANA products as early as possible if you want to give them as gifts. That way you can be sure that your presents will arrive on time for Christmas. We package and ship all orders as quickly as we can, but we can’t give any guarantee that our shipping partners will deliver on time.
