Postal charge adjustments

With effect from Monday, 17.04.2023, we have resolved an error in our postal charge calculation. When discount vouchers are redeemed, the postal charge will no longer be calculated on the basis of the amount before deduction of a discount voucher but rather after deduction.

This adjustment only applies to discount vouchers; there is no change with regard to vouchers for goods and services (e.g. Me Bonus, purchased vouchers).
